Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without stating reasons. The
withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (SR IMMO Int’l S.à r.l., 20, Grand-Rue, L-9410 Vianden, Tel:
352 266 344 33, Email: contact@sri.lu) by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email)
of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning
the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs,
without delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to
withdraw from this contract.

We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have explicitly
agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged fees for this reimbursement.
If you requested that the services begin during the withdrawal period,

you shall pay us an amount proportional to the services provided up to the time you informed us
of the exercise of the right of withdrawal in comparison with the full coverage of the contract services.

Notice of the Possibility of an Early Expiration of the Right of Withdrawal

Your right of withdrawal expires if we have fully performed our service and have begun its execution only
after you have given your express consent and at the same time acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal
with full contract fulfillment by us.
